Our law office established on March 26, 2022 by attorney Choai Hada.
We handle corporate law, sports and entertainment law areas, and general civil matters. We have cooperative relationships with attorneys and law firms in China, Taiwan, Korea, and other countries.
Attorney Choai Hada registered as an attorney in 2010 (Tokyo Bar Association) and has handled a wide range of corporate matters for start-up companies, venture companies, and listed companies, as well as general civil cases such as inheritance, traffic accidents etc.
In recent years, we have focused particularly on the areas of sports and entertainment law.
To gain practical experience in the field of sports and entertainment law, Choai Hada became the CEO of an agent/management company that serves professional baseball players and other professional athletes as its clients in 2019, and became a Nippon Professional Baseball Player Association certified player. In addition, in 2021, he studied Sports Law and Entertainment Law in the American Law School (USC Gould School of Law), where the field of entertainment law is developing and maturing, and the home of Hollywood and many prominent sports and talent agents and agencies.
During my study abroad, Choai Hada was a member of the Sport Law Society, Entertainment Law Society, USC Sports Business Association, USC SBA Sports Analytics Group, etc., where I met with sports management companies, professional sports team managers, and sports agents.
In addition, he has had contact with lawyers and businesspeople from other countries who share his interests.
After returning to Japan, in March 2022, Choai Hada opened his own office in order to use his experience to provide a closer and more friendly legal service to clients.
